Let Us Eat Lettuce
As our backyard garden update, we planted some romaine lettuce, and it's been a nice healthy addition to our meals. From a gardening perspective, the good thing is that the bugs don't seem to like it.

As for nutritional information, dark green leafy vegetables have something called "carotenoids" that help prevent cancer by acting as antioxidants. Romaine lettuce has lutein that may help our eyes. Also, it's good to get our daily intake of some dietary fiber.
